Hey!
This is not the 1st time I'm seeing on the Anti's scoreboard screenshots some pilots's avatars missing.

I've having missing avatars too on my screen.
But Anti's and Mid's are ok...! Huu! Is there something to do to have this working everywhere ?
I've tried some settings, some file format (.png, .jpg etc...), 128x128, .dds ...
It can be fun to have them working for us too 
What's the secret ? 
The trick is to host the avatar files externally on dropbox or similar and use locator files. P2P doesn't work so you won't necessarily see any other custom skins, hear horns or see avatars for players who do not use locators.

Buhh it's the same problem as skins and other things imported, I was sure avatars where ok...
Ok I'll try this ASAP
After quickly watched...
I see a storage folder "Avatars" in [...]\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Avatars\ with some .dds inside... I'll do the same as horns and skins, cool thx
