Hey!
Want to quickly share a website I'm using 
After seeing Shiva's message about server may be down.
So if you want to be advertised when the servers are down, you can use for free UptimeRobot https://uptimerobot.com/
In the case of the NRL servers, you can ask to check the listening port of each server. If it's down, you receive a mail, when it's back online, you receive a mail.
Can be useful for admins
